Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party.

  • In the event of termination by the Client, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all expenses incurred by the Decorator up to the date of termination.
  • Should the Client need to cancel this Event Decorator agreement, thirty (30) days notice is required. Notice may be given by phone or email. Should the Client fail to give thirty (30) day notice the second half payment (50%) will be paid back in full. The first half payment is non-refundable except in the event that the Event Decorator needs to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances in this case, the Event Decorator will return all deposits. The Event Decorator reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately for any breach of terms or non-payment, and all monies given are non-refundable.
